The Danvers State Hospital is located in Danvers, Massachusetts.
The Danvers State Hospital was completed in 1878. As the name suggests, it used to be an old hospital, even rumored to have been the birthplace of the pre-frontal lobotomy. It was used in Session 9 in 2001. As it was quite expensive to afford, the entire campus shot down in 1992. Then, in 2005, it tore down.
Now, the hospital exists as the Avalon Danvers Apartments in Hawthrone Hill neighborhood of Danvers, Massachusetts. It is said that the building was entirely torn down but looking on the bright side, there’s an activity in the area with all the different families that reside there.
