Shining Hand Ranch Looks Straight Out Of A Fairytale

Everyone loves fantasy novels and their ability to take us to other worlds, right? The feelings we get while experiencing another reality are simply incredible. Well, this house, Shining Hand Ranch, located in the foothills of Ashland, Oregon seems like it’s come straight out of a fairytale we’ve only read about.

Artist Ed Bemis spent over one year and half designing it. Then, local designers helped to incorporate eco-friendly features only. When it comes to the heating and cooling system, it is important to mention that it uses geothermal energy with a solar heated pool. Also, the 8,881-square-foot property spans across 706-acres features hand-made pieces that make it even more unique.

Shining Hand Ranch is built taking into consideration even the tiniest bits of details. It may look ordinary from the inside, but it’s far from it. Once you take a look at the pictures below, you will notice every little thing that sets this house apart from the rest. And maybe, if you want to make house yours, $7,600,000 is enough to become the right owner of the property
